3.1 Website and Informational Content
The website provides general information about Sonorous Digital’s consulting services, including operational audits, automation implementation, and strategic advisory for healthcare practices. 3.2 Profit Leak Calculator (No Data Collection)
The Profit Leak Calculator is a client-side interactive tool that allows you to input approximate practice data (such as patient volume, appointment frequency, and revenue estimates) to receive a general estimate of potential operational improvements and revenue recovery opportunities.
Important:
The Calculator operates entirely within your web browser. No data you enter into the Calculator is transmitted to, collected by, or stored on our servers. All calculations are performed locally on your device. When you close or navigate away from the Calculator, all entered data is permanently discarded. We have no ability to access, recover, or view any information you input into the Calculator.
The estimates provided by the Calculator are general approximations based on industry averages and simplified assumptions. They do not constitute professional advice, a guarantee of results, or a binding offer of services. Actual results from any engagement with Sonorous Digital will depend on your specific practice circumstances and may differ materially from Calculator estimates.
3.3 Consultation Booking
The website offers the ability to schedule consultations and operational audits through our booking system. When you book a consultation, you will be required to provide certain personal and business information (such as your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and relevant operational details). This data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and subject to your explicit consent at the time of booking.
Booking a consultation does not create a binding service agreement. Service engagements are governed by separate written agreements that will be provided prior to the commencement of any paid work.

The Sonorous Digital name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sonorous Digital. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SONOROUS DIGITAL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under mandatory provisions of Danish or EU law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sonorous Digital and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or Danish law, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your habitual residence.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Consumer Ombudsman (Forbrugerombudsmanden) or use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sonorous Digital regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the Service.
