About LeadForge

Our client is a Danish content marketing agency. The problem was on the inside: their sales team researched every prospect by hand, hours per lead, with no system for qualification and no structured way to prepare a pitch.

The Challenge

The team needed to go from nothing to a qualified, researched lead with a ready pitch in minutes instead of hours. And not just for digital outreach: at trade fairs they stood with a printed exhibitor list and no way to know who was worth talking to.

What We Built

We built LeadForge, an internal platform with two pipelines. Digital mode scrapes Google Maps for an industry and area, enriches every hit with data from the official Danish CVR register, website and social signals, then scores each lead from 0 to 100 against configurable criteria. Claude then writes a Danish pitch angle per lead, trained to spot exactly what the agency sells into: no video content, no Meta ads, an outdated web presence. Expo mode ingests an exhibitor CSV, runs the same enrichment, and turns the fair into a drag and drop pipeline from first hello to closed deal.

The Results

  • Every lead arrives enriched from up to six sources: Google Maps, website, Instagram, Facebook, the Meta ads library and the CVR register
  • Claude writes a ready Danish opening line and pitch angle for every lead, aimed at what the agency actually sells
  • Trade fairs went from a printed list to a scored Kanban pipeline with follow-up reminders by email
  • AI research is encrypted at rest with AES-256, with rate limiting on every endpoint

The Value, Calculated

Conservative estimates. The assumptions are part of the math.

Time it saves

~25 hrs/month

Manual prospect research takes 15 to 20 minutes per lead: find the company, check the website, dig through socials, look up the CVR entry, then figure out an angle. LeadForge runs the same pipeline in minutes per batch. At around 100 researched leads a month across the three sales seats, 25 to 33 hours of research collapses into review time.

Money it saves

~$1,250/month

25+ recovered hours a month is more than three full workdays of sales time. Priced at a conservative $50 per hour, that is roughly $1,250 a month, against an API bill (Apify plus Claude) that the tool itself estimates per search, typically around $35 per batch.

Money it makes

+1 client/month

The agency's packages run 15,000 to 40,000 kr per month. The hours LeadForge returns go into more outreach, and every pitch opens with a researched, specific angle instead of a cold template. One extra client a month pays for the tool many times over.

Return on investment

~900% in year one

The build cost $4,000, and two research batches a month at ~$35 each add about $840 a year: $4,840 all in. Time savings alone return ~$15,000 over twelve months at a conservative $50 an hour, so the build pays for itself in a little over three months before a single extra deal. Add just one additional client at 20,000 kr a month kept for a year, roughly $34,000, and year-one value reaches ~$49,000: a ~900% return. Every further client the reclaimed hours produce is on top.
